The whole30 program includes sticking with eating, only healthy foods like meat, seafood, eggs, plenty of vegetables, fruits and ample amounts of healthy fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. A person should avoid sugar, alcoholic beverages, grains, legumes, dairy, carrageenan, MSG or sulfites and really should avoid re-creating baked junk or goods foods with thus called approved ingredients.
